I was supposed to become a notary, but love decided otherwise for me. When I married Monique Farnet at the age of 34, I also fell in love with the domain.

Château Minuty is like a racing car to me and I love using the accelerator... The wine world fascinates me and for thirty years I was also the President of the Crus Classés de Provence, following in my father-in-law’s footsteps. I am at peace now, as my sons have taken over the duties from me.

I am convinced that now, more than ever, a successful business is a family business. My father-in-law created it. I further developed it with my wife and our sons are continuing the adventure.
