Château Minuty’s outstanding rosés are a blend of a majority of Grenache, the ‘king-pin varietal for rosés’, and of Tibouren, symbolic of the Saint-Tropez peninsula, a varietal which was kept in order to maintain the typical character of our wines.
 
The white wines are produced mainly from Rolle, which has been grown for generations in the Var region.
 
As for the reds, they are produced from Syrah and Mourvèdre, the typically Provencal varietal which thrives in these schist soils from the seaside.

These 75 hectares enjoy a mild maritime climate.
The sea breezes dry the vineyards after dew or rain and thus minimise the risks of vine disease.
